LOCATION – Sellwood, Portland OR | PROJECT – Full House Renovation
This beautiful Sellwood home received the full treatment. Inside and outside everything was cleaned, updated and made fresh for the new owners. From structural work, increasing useable square footage, fully modernizing bathrooms, bedrooms. Kitchen and all finishes, this place looked new upon completion.
The clients had a very clear vision of their wants for the home. We started in the basement, went room by room and noted all the requests. As we moved through the home, the project became a complete renewal of everything with strict attention to all the details.
Plenty of curve balls surfaced during the project, but these upbeat clients made this a truly fun and enjoyable home to work on. Momentum stayed positive from start to finish. As the keys were turned back over to clients and they moved in, all the hard work, careful resourcing of just the right fixtures, paint colors and millwork all shined brightly and was a major success.
